Counselling in Western Tradition

The general aim of Western Counselling is to increase your self-awareness and insights and to use your new-found strengths in working towards an action plan that will help you to live your life more effectively and independent.

The role of the counsellor is to provide an empathic, non-judgemental and protected space where you can be and grow.

It is not an advice – giving or persuading setting. 
The Counsellor offers:

  • The faith that you are already carrying the seeds of the answers to your problems and questions within yourself;
  • The conviction that you can allow these seeds to be seen, felt and lived.
  • The techniques and the motivation to nurture these seeds and help them blossom.
  • The competence, respect and presence for your unfolding process

Counselling, as provided by the EarthLife Institute, is based in transpersonal psychology as well as eco-psychology.
You might choose face-to-face counselling sessions.
But if you cannot come, Phone and Email counselling is available, too.

You are invited into the cave to experience the strength of the Bear. In her place of silence you can feel the vibration and hear the heart beat of the Earth. From the cave of Bear, you find the pathway to the Place of Dream and, other levels of imagination or consciousness .
The medicine of the Bear is the power of introspective healing. It lies in the West of Tutuskya, the great medicine wheel of life. Bear is in the West, the intuitive side, the right brain.
In the winter, Bear travels into the womb cave to digest the year's experience and seek answers while she is dreaming or hibernating. Bear is then reborn in the spring, like the opening of
spring flowers .
To accomplish the visions and dreams that we carry, the art of introspection is necessary.
To work with the spirit of the Bear , we must attune ourselves to the energies of the Changing Mother Earth, re-align with the natural cycles and receive nourishment from the placenta of the Great Void. The Great Void is the place where all solutions and answers live in harmony with the questions that fill our realities. The answers to our questions reside within us.
Each and every being has the capacity to quiet the mind, enter the silence,
and know.
We will work with Mesa Reading, shamanic journeys, symbols, meditation and personal rituals.

Natural Health Consultation (Nutrition, Vital Hygiene …)

Health is the natural and harmonious vibration of elements, forces and cells, which constitute a human being in conformity with the constructive principles of nature.
If the flow of life can enter the organism easily, then vitality is greater and there is more positive strength, resistance and recuperation.

Sometimes there is an obstruction of the flow of vital strength in cells, and their vibration can be decreased by the accumulation of waste and unhealthy tissue matter in tissue, blood vessels and nerves.
This hinders the normal action and flow of vital strength and the harmonious vibration of cells and bodily organs.

 In a Natural Health Consultation we will:

  • Take a close look at nutrition, breathing, bathing, clothes, work, rest, sleeping etc and develop a plan for a supporting lifestyle 
  • Look for natural remedies which support your well being (Bach Flowers, Plants, Aroma Therapy, decoction, extracts, hydrotherapy, heliotherapy etc)
  • Advice manual therapies if needed (massage, drainage, exercises, electrotherapy, chraniosacral etc….)
  • Provide mental and spiritual remedies such as relaxation, suggestion, meditation etc

Reiki is a simple hands-on healing technique.

Reiki is a healing art that pass from teacher to student by a series of   attunements that are carried out during Reiki training.

Reiki is a process of healing that is brought about through the use of hands laid on the body in certain positions. 

Dagmar is a Reikimaster of Dentho & Usui Reiki. She developed Nerthus™Reiki which combines The Way of the Eternal Feminine and Shamanic Wisdom with Reiki.

A deep healing of the separateness from the Divine Feminine is thus initiated; a healing that leads back to a profound connection to our visions and dreams.

Nerthus™ Reiki is a highly intuitive approach.

At EarthLife Institute you can subscribe for healing sessions as well as attunements to the Reiki levels 1 & 2.

Healing sessions:
A healing session lasts about 1 hour and includes working with sound, crystals and aromatherapy.

Attunements level 1 & 2:
As we work with Reiki in a more traditional way, please address Dagmar personally if you want to be attuned.
Becoming a student to Reiki at our institute is not a “quick fix” but a very personal process of commitment and engagement of both, student and teacher.
It includes not only Reiki techniques but also -equal important- a path of personal growth.

Yi Qi Gong is the meditative form of Chinese energy work. It is documented already in old scripts dating back 3000 years.
It therefore is called the Mother Of Chinese Medicine.

Yi Qi Gong is a deep relaxation of body and mind, into emptiness. Out of the harmony with the universe lasting health appears.

I.G.N.I.T.E method is designed to empower you and let you grow spiritually in the most effective and lasting way.
It is the melting momentum of all the paths and methods Dagmar has studied during her life, and it supports you with tools coming from neuroscience and quantum physics as well as shamanic wisdom and alternative healing methods of different origine.
There is kind of a red thread when you work through the training , but everything willl be adapted to you personally in the ways of skillful means.

The I.G.N.I.T.E method consists of

4 pillars :

* Method/s to easily connect and keep constant contact to Universal Authentic Self
* Balancing Female/Male, rewire the brain, use your talents...
* Symbols and more to understand Oneness and Diversity, and turn from the I to the We
* Energy coaching for trauma/ blocks

Though I.G.N.I.T.E. is free of a certain spiritual or religious background, it will adress your desire for spiritual growth in ways that allow you to establish the spirituality that is yours. You will either develope your own , resonating spirituality or be able to integrate what you have ever felt/seen/believed.
Your spirituality is your very personal relation with the source/god/spirit/ whatever you call it , IF you name it ... we do not name it for you.

The I.G.N.I.T.E method does NOT use New Age methods like Positive Thinking .
It is not just about how you can achieve your wishes and how to become rich,
but about how to ignite your life force in a way that makes your life feel complete and fulfilled and establishes your wish to participate in life in responsible co-creation.
Nothing will be imposed on you. There will be no imposing of harmony , love and light thinking on you as this only makes you feel worse and on the long run brings back deep feelings of failure, depression and guilt.

This is a transformational path , that will bring you lasting effects.

We have scheduled approximately 6-9 months for the core training. This will differ due to the amount of time and energy you put into it .

During this intense and profound training you will receive working sheets, do assignments,recieve support emails when needed and one free telephon session via skype with Dagmar monthly.

While you are working on your own healing, we will empower you at the same time to use this method in your own work as it unfolds.

There will be an intense training in Sweden once a year. The fees for it are not included in the monthly fees.


We ask you to write a short email to us in which you describe your motivation for this training - subscribing to the training is not auttomatically qualifying you - we will let you know in a very short time if you are accepted or not.

as this training is self-paced, you determine how long it takes. The fees are to be paid as long as you do the training.

The "Light" version of this training consists of working sheets , doing assigments and receive the next sheet plus email support max. once intwo weeks.

No phone sessions/chats and no intensive included.

You will not be linked to the EarthLife Institute afterwards.
